The Lionel Town Hospital, a 45 bed facility which had a bed capacity of 60, served a population of approximately 36,000 persons in the southern section of the parish of Clarendon.

May Pen Hospital is located in South Central Clarendon and is situated on Muirhead Avenue on the Western side of the town of May Pen. The eighteen (18) acres of land on which it is built is known as "Denbigh" and is in close proximity to the Farmers' Agricultural Show Grounds.

Percy Junor Hospital is a Type C Hospital situated in Spalding, the North East section of the parish of Manchester, near the border of Clarendon. It has a bed capacity of one hundred and twenty one (121) with an average occupancy of 74% and serves a population of approximately two hundred and fifty thousand (250,000).
