On behalf of the Board of Management of Southern Regional Health Authority (SRHA), I welcome you to our website. Our mission is to continue to provide quality health care to approximately 600,000 people in the parishes of Clarendon, Manchester and St Elizabeth. We are committed to the delivery of a high quality of service, which is dependable, constant and accessible to all who seek health care at the facilities throughout the Southern Region.

These services are provided by competent health care providers and support staff in five general hospitals, one community hospital, two rural maternity centres and seventy six health centres.

One of our main goals will be to educate our citizens regarding the prevention of chronic lifestyle diseases. We believe that healthy choices will result in healthy individuals. We however, continue to reinforce our programmes with a view to providing the best health care possible.
