Customer service is essential to effective service delivery and the Southern Regional Health Authority (SRHA) has been working assiduously to improve healthcare delivery and to implement systems to improve standards of customer service delivery. In 2011, a customer service hotline was launched in an effort to improve client relations and enhance service delivery at health facilities within the region. Through this hotline, clients will be able to register complaints or compliments regarding service received.
The SRHA is committed to the highest standards of service in keeping with our Customer Service Charter and therefore calls will be recorded and passed on to senior management for action. There will be follow-ups to ensure that matters are effectively handled. The Southern Regional Health Authority through its facilities commits to providing quality health care in a clean, safe, comfortable environment through competent and courteous health care provider.
